Luka Doncic is left in hysterics after playing childish trick on Dallas Mavericks teammate Kyrie Irving as he cons him into thinking someone else has tapped him on the shoulder
Immediately after Irving placed a pair of shoes into his equipment bag and handing the bag to an NBA staff member, Doncic was seen reaching behind Irving’s back to tap him on his left shoulder.
Irving proceeded to look over to his left after the tap, before Doncic burst out with laughter.
Mavericks’ fans can take this as a good sign that the new star backcourt in Dallas has gotten their relationship off to a good start following Irving’s trade from the Brooklyn Nets days before the NBA trade deadline.
Irving had requested the trade out of Brooklyn after the team repeatedly failed to engage in contract extension talks after what was a rocky relationship between the two sides.
